About the Role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused
Showroom Sales Representative
to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring products are displayed to the highest standard, and delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of showroom operations, including product display, tagging, and pricing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and by email, ensuring timely responses and effective resolution of client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to support appointments, client calls, and showroom visits.
  • Maintain showroom standards by ensuring all new and current products are on display and well-presented.
  • Support sales by escorting clients through the showroom and providing product knowledge.
  • Process and write orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the showroom, ensuring effective communication with sales and support teams.
  • Uphold company values and ensure compliance with policies, maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
  • Perform opening/closing duties as required.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sales or Marketing Director.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in retail, showroom sales, or a design firm preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required).
  • Experience with SAP is an asset.
  • Positive, personable, and resilient, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
