Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and offering tailored transportation solutions. Daily tasks include lead generation, customer consultations, preparing sales contracts, negotiating terms, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, client acquisition, and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of logistics, freight services, or transportation industry is an asset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer software
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Problem-solving mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service
