Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in Mississauga, ON. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as engaging with customers, providing top-notch customer service, promoting and selling fireplace products, and developing marketing strategies. The role will also involve training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Sales and Marketing abilities
- Experience in training and mentoring team members
- Proven track record in sales performance and achieving targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the Hearth industry is a plus
