Start your cybersecurity journey with a role centered on helping others and building strong client relationships. As a Customer Support Specialist at C0wsec, you'll be the first point of contact for members and partners, solving technical issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience with our security programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone about our cybersecurity services
  • Help users navigate our security platform, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate technical problems
  • Assist with account setup, access management, and general onboarding
  • Document frequent issues and collaborate internally to improve service and resources
  • Support virtual events and training sessions, guiding participants and collecting feedback
