We are currently seeking an experienced Order Processing & Data Entry Specialist to join our team.

**Position Overview**

This role is responsible for accurately entering and managing customer orders from multiple sales channels while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Order Entry & Processing
- Manually enter and process customer orders from various sales channels, including CommerceHub and Fishbowl
- Verify order details such as SKUs, quantities, pricing, and duplicate orders
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all entries and systems

Order Fulfillment Coordination
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Coordinate shipments with various carriers and provide tracking updates as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues, including incorrect shipments or system errors

Communication & Customer Service Support
- Communicate with the customer service team regarding order status, discrepancies, and special requests
- Provide updates on order timelines and assist in resolving customer inquiries
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and shipping partners as needed

Data Accuracy & System Management
- Maintain and update order records to ensure accurate, real-time information
- Use Fishbowl Software, Excel, and other tools to track, organize, and manage order data
- Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and fulfillment performance

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 2-3 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in order management systems, especially Fishbowl and Excel
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Preferred possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industries
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C order processing, including wholesale and direct-to-consumer models
- Knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment processes
- Experience working with shipping carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
