About Us:

We are a medical aesthetics clinic in Vancouver specializing in skin treatments and cosmetic injectables. Our mission is to help our clients look and feel their best through science-backed skincare and natural-looking aesthetic treatments. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Associate.

Duties:

  • Plan and execute in-clinic and community events (open houses, educational demos, product launches), managing logistics, vendors, budgets, guest lists, event follow-up calls, and day-of coordination.
  • Develop event marketing materials such as invitations, email blasts, landing pages, and partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and brand reps to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Support digital marketing activities by assisting with social media content creation, scheduling, community engagement, copywriting, and helping with Meta/Google Ads tasks.
  • Track and report performance across events and digital campaigns, maintain organized marketing assets, and collaborate with the clinic team to support ongoing brand and promotional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field
  • Or: Currently enrolled in a marketing/media program and seeking a co-op/internship-style opportunity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with attendees, clients, and the internal team.
  • Ability to handle logistics, on-site coordination, and day-of problem-solving.
  • Experience creating engaging content and supporting digital marketing efforts
  • Experience with Google Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms is a bonus
