What You'll Do:

As a
Sr. Associate
, you'll be at the heart of our business — blending relationship-building with strategy and creativity.

  • Build and grow relationships with clients across Vancouver's thriving finance and accounting community.
  • Develop new business opportunities through both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Recruit, interview, and match top finance and accounting professionals with their dream roles.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates alike — because at Robert Half, people come first.
  • Stay active in the local market, attending events and networking with industry leaders.

What You Bring:

  • A
    degree in business, finance, or accounting
    (CPA or similar background is a plus).
  • 2+ years
    of experience in accounting/finance or in recruiting within the finance and accounting space.
  • A
    track record of success
    and the drive to exceed goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, curiosity, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • The ability to use your finance and accounting knowledge to create meaningful connections and help businesses thrive.
