Investments Associate – Vancouver, BC

We're seeking an Investments Associate for a growing private investment team in Vancouver. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for broad exposure across private and public markets, structured credit, and direct equity. Our team invests flexibly across sectors, with a core focus on technology, tech-enabled services, and metals and mining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, modeling, diligence, and execution across equity and structured debt.
  • Conduct financial and operational analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare investment memos, market research, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members on strategic initiatives and new investment opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with broad responsibilities.
  • Interest in diverse sectors, particularly tech and industrials, with a flexible and opportunistic mindset.
