Chief Financial Officer – Real Estate Capital Markets

Taylor Ryan Executive Search Partners is proud to partner with PC Urban in their search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

PC Urban is a leading Vancouver-based real estate development company transforming industrial, commercial, residential and mixed-use spaces into thriving urban developments. Prioritizing long-term impact, creating vibrant, livable neighbourhoods that thrive well into the future.

Reporting to the Owner, and working alongside the executive team, you will be a key contributor to the organization's overall strategy, and accountable for the financial leadership and well-being of the business. As CFO, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing accounting and finance team, which currently consists of accounting, tax & financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and treasury functions.

The primary focus of the CFO role will be capital markets. You will bring a deep understanding of equity and debt capital markets. You will have experience in developing strategic capital models and a track record of dealing with sophisticated institutional grade partners. Your prior work experience may include private equity, family office, pension funds, life co, or other sophisticated investment environments.

The CFO will play an integral role in shaping PC Urban's continued acquisition and development of exceptional urban developments. As an experienced real estate executive, you will foster and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and builder partners.
