ProCogia is seeking an innovative Chief Executive Officer who will lead the company's transformation into an AI-first organization. The new CEO will drive strategy, build world-class processes and governance frameworks, and oversee rapid scaling of AI-powered products and services. As the public face of ProCogia, this leader will empower teams to deliver breakthrough client outcomes while fostering responsible innovation and operational excellence.

What You'll Shape

The CEO will set ProCogia's direction for the next decade, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of AI innovation by embedding processes and frameworks that foster responsible growth and significant impact for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Strategy & Vision

  • Set the long-term strategic direction for ProCogia, positioning the company as an AI-first leader across all service lines.
  • Define organizational priorities, growth targets, and the roadmap for new AI-enabled capabilities and market expansion.
  • Guide enterprise-wide adoption of advanced analytics, generative AI, and cloud technologies to strengthen competitiveness.
  • Ensure the strategy is translated into clear, aligned goals for all business units.
2. Leadership & Culture
  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team, ensuring clarity of roles, strong collaboration, and shared accountability.
  • Shape and reinforce a company culture grounded in innovation, transparency, and continuous learning.
  • Champion organizational change as ProCogia scales its AI, cloud, and consulting capabilities.
  • Foster a workplace culture built on trust, mutual respect, open communication, and collaboration.
3. Operational Excellence
  • Provide oversight and accountability for ProCogia's operational performance, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Set expectations for operational standards, governance, and compliance across all functions.
  • Drive organizational scalability by empowering leaders to streamline processes, adopt modern systems, and uphold risk-management and ethical AI principles.
  • Establish the mechanisms for cross-functional coordination, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
4. Financial Leadership
  • Lead the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic resource allocation.
  • Ensure sustainable growth by managing cost structures, maintaining strong cash flow, and delivering profitability.
  • Assess investment opportunities—including M&A, new capabilities, and technology infrastructure—to strengthen ProCogia's competitive position.
  • Maintain financial resilience during periods of market change or organizational transformation.
  • Work with finance team to monitor financial performance, implement corrective actions and ensure reporting compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
5. Business Development & Client Engagement
  • Serve as an executive sponsor to key clients and partners, supporting strategic deals and long-term account growth. 
  • Provide strategic guidance to business development efforts, market expansion initiatives, and enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Strengthen ProCogia's presence in target industries and explore new sectors where AI, cloud, or data consulting can create differentiation.
6. Talent & Recruitment
  • Define the company's talent strategy, including leadership hiring, workforce planning, and succession management.
  • Ensure the organization attracts and retains top technical and consulting talent aligned with future skill needs (AI, data engineering, cloud, ML).
  • Support a strong learning and development philosophy, particularly around AI and leadership capability building.
  • Champion DEI principles across recruitment, career progression, and culture.
7. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
  • Guide ProCogia's external partnership strategy across cloud platforms, AI vendors, technology providers, and academic institutions.
  • Enhance the company's industry presence through external engagements, conferences, and strategic collaborations.
  • Use partnerships to accelerate capability development, market entry, and innovation.
8. Board Relations, Governance & Founder Alignment
  • Maintain a transparent, strategic relationship with the Board through regular reporting on performance, risks, and strategic progress.
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder to ensure shared alignment on long-term vision, priorities, and organizational evolution.
  • Establish a predictable operating cadence with the Founder, including strategic reviews, decision checkpoints, and alignment discussions.
  • Ensure governance practices support responsible growth, strong decision-making, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
9. Innovation & Thought Leadership
  • Guide the company's innovation agenda, fostering an environment that encourages experimentation, intellectual property development, and new solution creation.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technology trends to anticipate client needs and business model opportunities.
  • Position ProCogia as a thought leader in AI transformation through research, content, and industry visibility.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, consulting, data/AI, or product-driven organizations, including 7–10 years in executive or senior leadership roles.
  • Proven executive leadership in scaling teams, business units, or companies in high-growth or multi-country environments.
  • Demonstrated success launching, commercializing, and scaling AI, data, ML, or analytics solutions, particularly in client-facing or regulated markets.
  • Deep technical fluency in generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, data science, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern AI product ecosystems.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Expertise in governance, risk, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks, including experience operationalizing standards across an organization.
  • Visionary strategic thinker capable of translating complex AI innovation into executable roadmaps and organization-wide alignment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing Boards, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Change management expertise—leading culture transformation, scaling processes, and modernizing operations.
  • Experience building and mentoring high-performing leadership teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong partnership-building and client management abilities, with experience managing enterprise accounts or alliances.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science). Advanced credentials (MBA, MS/AI, Executive Programs) preferred.
  • Industry network in data, AI, cloud, or consulting ecosystems is an asset.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor to key clients and partners, supporting strategic deals and long-term account growth"
