Who We Are:

We're a fun, fast-paced, local and rapidly growing Powersports dealership. We pride ourselves on top-notch customer service, a welcoming team culture, and a shared love for the open road (or trail).

What You'll Do:

We are in search of a team member with mechanical knowledge of powersports vehicles (snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, etc.) to advise and assist our customers with selecting the correct parts for their machine.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing parts for our busy technicians
  • Determining customer needs and recommending hard parts for purchase
  • Answering customer questions from in-store and call-in customers
  • Adhering to company safety policy and safety compliance regulations
  • Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor/manager

Qualifications

  • Parts, powersports, or mechanical knowledge is definite asset
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

What We're Looking For:

  • A team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Previous parts experience in the Powersports industry or RV industry a big plus.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge or passion for bikes, ATVs, UTVs or RV's.
  • Strong organization and computer skills
  • A love for all things Powersports and Outdoors—because here, that's a job requirement
