Duties will include:
Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair
Answering phone calls
Scheduling diagnostic and repair services
Writing estimates, providing quotes and getting customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalizing sales, and completing customer follow up
Communicate with technicians
Discussing work orders with customers
Ordering parts accurately and on time
Handling payments
Minimum two years of service advisor experience required
Ideal candidate will possess
A strong understanding of automotive parts and services
Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients
A great attitude with ability to work as a team
Mechanical inclination and a knowledge of how cars work
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of ShopMonkey is considered an asset.
