Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing data within various systems to support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior administrative or clerical experience. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision and organization are essential for success.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into databases, ERP systems, and other software platforms with high accuracy and speed
  • Maintain and update existing records to ensure data integrity
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents systematically
  • Collect data from various sources and verify its accuracy before entry
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data collection projects
  • Perform routine data quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
  • Support team members with clerical duties as needed to ensure smooth workflow

Skills

  • Proven office experience with familiarity in administrative procedures
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working with databases and ERP systems is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of data entry best practices and data collection methods
  • Good computer skills including familiarity with filing systems, data management, and basic troubleshooting of software issues
  • Prior clerical experience involving filing, data entry, and administrative support is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$29.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
