Remote Appointment Setter – Commission-Based (AI Services)

We are hiring experienced, confident Appointment Setters to book demo calls for our AI Receptionist service a 24/7 automated phone agent used by local service businesses.

This is a remote, flexible commission-based role for candidates who already have some experience with sales, phone outreach, customer service, or appointment setting.

You must speak fluent English and feel comfortable contacting business owners by phone using a provided script.

Responsibilities

  • Call local businesses from a provided list
  • Follow a clear, proven script
  • Ask basic qualifying questions
  • Schedule Zoom demos with the founder
  • Record booked appointments in our tracking system
  • Communicate professionally and consistently

You do not close the sale — we handle the demos and closings.

Compensation

This is a commission-based contractor role.

  • Average commission per closed sale: $300–$600
  • Paid weekly
  • No base hourly pay
  • No cold calling experience = not a fit

(Exact commission details are provided during the interview phase.)

This is a legitimate sales role for a real AI software service, not an MLM or multi-level program.

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

  • Speak fluent English
  • Have experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, customer service, or similar phone work
  • Have a quiet workspace and reliable internet
  • Feel comfortable calling local businesses
  • Be dependable and motivated by performance-based pay
  • Be available during typical business hours

We are not hiring candidates with no calling experience at this time.

Tracking & Transparency

Every appointment you book is assigned under your name in our tracking sheet.

You receive weekly reports and weekly commission payouts.
