Summary of the opportunity - Client Overview: Our client is a leading technology company operating in the AI domain, dedicated to corporate social impact and philanthropy. - Role Summary: As a Project/Programme Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to project/programme managers, ensuring efficient resource utilization, managing communications, maintaining project governance controls, and contributing to the success of the internal AI program. 4. What are the key responsibilities? - Oversees time recording and resource demands made by project/programme teams, ensuring accurate and meaningful recording. - Provides full range of project and resourcing support on selected projects and programmes. - Coordinates and maintains timely and accurate Management Information (MI), effectively communicating it within the organization. - Ensures projects and programmes operate within defined Project Governance controls and meet required recording standards. - Provides financial and resource planning and management support to projects and programmes. - Assists in planning activities required to support project and programme governance. - Develops and maintains resource estimates, tracks and forecasts resource movements and spend. - Coordinates and leads various forums/meetings in support of project/programme managers. - Trains and supports colleagues on process and tools usage. 5. What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST -Have Skills and Qualifications:   - Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience. years of work -related experience.   - Certifications or Credentials in Project Management or Program Management highly preferred.   - Strong project management experience with a minimum of 5 years.   - Excellent meeting facilitation and coordination skills, including written and oral communication.   - Proficiency in MS365 tools: Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint. - Preferred Skills and Qualifications:   - Power analysis and optimization skills (e.g., PrimePower, PP -RTL/PowerArtist, Power Replay & Empower).   - Experience with internal tool training.   - Familiarity with social impact organizations or community affairs. 6.
