Addictions and Mental Health Ontario (AMHO) is seeking a Program Coordinator to support program operations for the Excellence through Quality Improvement Project (E-QIP) and the AMHO Quality and System Transformation portfolio.

E-QIP is an initiative jointly led by Addictions and Mental Health Ontario (AMHO) and the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Ontario Division, working collaboratively with the Mental Health and Addictions Centre of Excellence at Ontario Health.

The key objectives of E-QIP are to support mental health and addictions organizations build quality improvement and data capacity by:

- Delivering supports and resources that guide organizations in their QI and measurement efforts, and align these activities to system and regional level priorities
- Advancing the understanding and consistent use of standardized tools and data sets across the sector
- Working closely with system partners, including the Centre of Excellence at Ontairo Health, to advance provincial and regional level priorities in the mental health and addictions sector

Addictions and Mental Health Ontario (AMHO) represents over 150 addiction and mental health service providers across Ontario. AMHO works closely with its members to advance the shared vision of making Ontario the home of the best addiction and mental health system, anywhere, through advocacy efforts, policy initiatives, quality improvement supports, and a variety of other member services.

AMHO members are involved in the on-the-ground addiction and mental health care that thousands of Ontarians access every day. Our members provide a wide range of community-based treatment including individual and group counselling, case management, peer support, residential treatment, withdrawal management, supportive housing, harm reduction services and programs based out of hospitals.

We are a small, energetic and nimble team who are dedicated to advancing AMHO's mission.

**About the Opportunity**

As a member of the Quality and System Transformation team, the Program Coordinator, Quality will report directly to the Director, Policy, Quality and System Transformation at AMHO and work in a matrix environment with dotted line accountability to the Co-Director E-QIP (from CMHA-ON), in addition to working closely with the E-QIP Program Manager.

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing program and administrative support to the E-QIP team and will be an integral part of project operations in addition to providing coordination support to AMHO's Quality and System Transformation projects.

**_This is a 12 month (parental leave) contract position. _**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides program and administrative support to the E-QIP team and the AMHO Quality and System Transformation portfolio
- Supports teams to manage project timelines and meet deliverables on schedule with precision and high quality results
- Liaises with project partners to ensure project communications are coordinated and inclusive of all relevant audiences
- Maintains distribution lists for the dissemination of key communication documents, including the E-QIP newsletter
- Works closely with AMHO members who are participating in quality improvement initiatives and system transformation to provide support, gather data and inform on project outcomes
- Coordinates logistics for training events and meetings, including arranging for travel and accommodation, and securing venue space as required.
- Coordinates program related webinars and teleconference meetings using Zoom, MS Teams and similar platforms
- Coordinates and collates evaluation activities including data collection, entry, management and preparing progress reports
- Undertakes data collection, including survey feedback and tracking engagement across E-QIP supports to inform planning and decision making for range of E-QIP and AMHO priorities
- Records and distributes meeting minutes and documents for internal and and external meetings
- Monitors, responds to and redirects general E-QIP mailbox messages to appropriate staff members
- Responsible for administrative tasks including maintaining SharePoint sites, preparing and distributing project materials, and to support the broader team as required.
- Other duties as required to support E-QIP and AMHO deliverables

**Qualifications and Experience**
- At least 2 years of experience in a Program/Project Coordinator capacity and/or relevant educational background in program/project coordination
- Proven track record of success coordinating teams and/or projects, including scheduling meetings with large stakeholder groups, preparing materials, taking and distributing minutes, to drive progress against tight timelines
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills required to manage stakeholder communications and edit documents
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams)
- Proficiency with web meeting platf
