Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Duties

  • Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Support the General Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies that align with company goals.
  • Supervise staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational flow.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
  • Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
