On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Test Analyst for a 1-Year Contract role. This position is a hybrid position with up to 3 days onsite at our client's Toronto office.

Senior Test Analyst - Job Description
Legal Aid Ontario (LAO) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to support the implementation of the Genesys Cloud CX Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution, including Verint Workforce Management and Quality Management. The successful candidate will work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to validate system functionality and performance, contributing to the testing strategy and ensuring project goals are met.

Senior Test Analyst - Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user interface (UI) testing across Genesys Cloud CX and Verint platforms.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and resolution of reported issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, IOS business analysts, infrastructure teams, and vendor partners to validate system functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Lead testing efforts or coordinate testing activities with project QA resources.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive QA documentation, including test strategies, test matrices, test plans, test scripts, test scenarios, and test outcome reports.
  • Investigate issues identified during testing or reported from production, analyze application logs, and escalate as needed.

Senior Test Analyst - Mandatory Skills

  • 7+ years experience designing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases.
  • 7+ years experience conducting functional, regression, integration, and UI testing across Genesys Cloud CX and Verint platforms.
  • 7+ years experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and resolution of reported issues.
  • 7+ years experience collaborating with developers, IOS business analysts, infrastructure teams, and vendor partners.
  • 7+ years experience leading testing efforts or coordinating testing activities with project QA resources.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.

Senior Test Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Public sector experience.
  • Familiarity with contact centre technologies.
  • Experience with automated testing tools or scripting.
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
