About The Team
You will be part of a team that develops, implements, and supports our cloud-based B2B SaaS solution. The team consists of a Project Manager, Business Analysts, Developers and Quality Assurance team members that are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We work closely with Architects, Database Administrators, Release and Support teams to ensure the best possible solutions for client enhancements. About the Position
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior QA Analyst to join our team. You will be part of a team that develops, implements, and supports our cloud-based B2B SaaS solution, Solifi. In this role, you will be responsible for performing manual testing - designing and executing test cases, validating new features, and ensuring the overall quality of releases before deployment. You will also take the lead in establishing and implementing an automated testing framework, ensuring that our testing processes become more efficient, scalable, and reliable.

As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and executing automated test strategies, working closely with developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teammates to integrate automated testing into our software development lifecycle.

Your contributions will help streamline continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes, reducing manual effort and increasing test coverage for a more predictable release cycle.

Works closely with teammates across the business to ensure requirement details are clear, testing is automated, and releases are predictable and reliable.

Has a strong understanding of test automation frameworks, scripting languages, and CI/CD integration, enabling faster deployments and increased test coverage.

Is passionate about continuous improvement and brings a forward-thinking approach to quality assurance by implementing best practices and staying up to date with emerging trends in test automation.

About You
8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 4 years in test automation development.  Strong experience in developing, executing, and maintaining manual/automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. Knowledge of any Generative AI automation tool(preferably TestRigor) is a plus. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).  Proficiency in scripting languages (such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#) for test automation.  Familiarity with CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar) and integrating automated tests into the deployment pipeline.  Experience working with APIs and API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.  Understanding of source control and versioning systems (such as Git) for managing test scripts and automation frameworks.  Ability to define and implement a structured automation strategy, ensuring scalable and maintainable test automation solutions.  Ability to ensure software meets Usability, Scalability, Data Integrity, and Security standards through automated testing.  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify defects, debug test failures, and optimize test cases.  Basic understanding of performance and load testing tools (such as JMeter, Gatling, or k6) is a plus.  Ability to investigate and quickly learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance automation processes.  Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.  Innovative thinker with a passion for technology and quality assurance best practices.  Ability to work independently and take ownership of automation initiatives while also collaborating in a team environment.  Basic business acumen to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.  Proven ability to ensure changes meet Usability, Scalability, Data Integrity and Security standards.  Ability to work on self-managed development projects as well as in a team environment    Preferred Skills & Experience : Knowledge of the asset finance and commercial lending industry  Preferred experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and/or Power Platform, both model-driven and canvas PowerApps  Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate )
