Marketing Communications Manager - Job Description:

The project involves supporting the development and delivery of direct marketing campaigns for credit cards. The Marketing Communications Manager will work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies, manage campaign execution, and oversee workflow and deliverables from external third parties and internal partners.

Marketing Communications Manager - Responsibilities:


• Deliver against the strategic 1-2 year marketing plan aligned to business revenue targets within the allocated marketing budget


• Manage the development and delivery of marketing strategies and tactics to meet business targets


• Work collaboratively across Marketing teams and business lines to ensure effective growth of overall revenue plan


• Build and develop relationships with key business contacts


• Responsible for creative development and internal approval processes for direct marketing initiatives


• Leverage analytics to deliver measurable marketing initiatives


• Ensure ongoing communication and regular status updates with key stakeholders

Marketing Communications Manager - Mandatory Skills:


• 1+ years' experience managing creative and marketing communications processes


• 1+ years' Financial services experience, preferably in retail banking products


• Email marketing experience producing client-facing communications


• Experience managing budgets


• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent related experience

Marketing Communications Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:


• 3+ years of experience working with an agency on creative


• Copywriting experience/familiarity


• Understanding of how emails are created from a technical perspective


• Background in legal, compliance, or product partnership


• Strong agency experience with excellent customer service experience in creative development

Marketing Communications Manager – Assignment Length:

This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP.

Marketing Communications Manager - Assignment Location:

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite at the client's office.
