**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Analyze and improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the digital journey and website user flows from awareness to conversion.
- Full funnel marketing from awareness to online purchase (ecommerce)
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Manage website updates, collaborating with multiple teams
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve marketing performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrated success and working experience in digital B2B marketing
- B2B website management experience
- Experience with integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and personalization
- Knowledge of testing and optimization process
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO, digital analytics, CMS and marketing technology platforms.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to derive core insights from multiple data points and creating recommendations.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
