Who We're Looking For:
Passionate about cars and customer service
1+ years experience as an automotive service advisor or related role
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, DMS system experience (e.g. PBS, CDK, Keyloop Serti or any similar DMS)
Strong communication, Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday to Friday
Compensation: $70,000-$100,000 annually
What your day will look like:
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch service by listening to customer concerns and understanding their needs
- Inspections and Quotes: Perform thorough multi-point inspections and compile accurate quotes using MPI Software
- Warranty and Contracts: Verify warranty coverage and explain coverage and exclusions to customers.
- Communication and Follow-Up: Maintain effective communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle's status.
- Maintenance Recommendations: Use your expertise to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer descriptions and service history.
