Busy Import car dealership is looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their team.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will act as on of the dealership's front-line customer relations and service representative. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer service requests and concerns. Also dispatching the customer and internal work orders to the technicians. Our dealership is looking for an energetic, dynamic, and results-oriented individual who strives to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of Service Advisor experience.
- Forward-facing customer service experience or sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good organization skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Driver's license in good standing and clean driver's abstract required.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Courtenay, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
