As the largest provider of funeral, cemetery, and cremation services in North America, we are dedicated to celebrating the life and legacy of every loved one with professionalism, compassion and attention to detail that is second to none. **About This Role** As a Family Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting families in protecting their loved ones during times of need by selling pre-need funeral and cemetery services. You will also assist with at-need cemetery arrangements. This role is ideal for someone with strong initiative and drive, who can independently navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism. A positive phone presence, collaborative spirit, and a passion for serving the community are essential to thrive in this position. _We want to hear from you_ if you are a motivated, driven individual who is looking to play a key role in the growth of our cemetery and funeral home. **Responsibilities** - Conduct oneself in a professional and empathetic manner. - Provide aftercare executor and family support and service after a passing. - Scheduling appointments and visiting customers to review service needs and determining other opportunities both at home and at the office. - Timely follow-up to incoming inquiries to provide prompt service during a sensitive & emotional time. - Community outreach and networking to build meaningful relationships and promote yourself and the company. - Present, recommend and sell products/services to the family clients based on their individual needs. - Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures, and tools. - Work autonomously to create and add new business, while also working in close collaboration with supporting departments and the Sales Manager. - Utilize Microsoft Office, Salesforce platforms proficiently and you will be trained on our in-house operating system. - Be curious and always willing to learn. - Must have valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
