Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Food Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant setting, delivering high-quality service in both casual and fine dining atmospheres.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Sqaure or toast
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately through POS or cashiering systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety regulations
  • Assist with food preparation or kitchen duties as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations
  • Uphold guest relations by providing attentive, courteous service and fostering a welcoming environment

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, including roles such as host/host, bartender, or server in a restaurant or nightclub setting
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Experience with take out service or fast pace enviroment
  • Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols within the food industry
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
