is looking for an
Administrative / Junior Accounting Clerk
to join our growing team. This is a full-time,
in-office role
based in
Surrey, BC.

We're seeking someone who's eager to grow within a collaborative, high-energy logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry and record maintenance
  • Processing customer and carrier invoices
  • Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Assisting with reconciliations and basic reporting
  • General administrative and back-office support

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
    with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with solid problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Accounting software is an asset
  • Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

  • Must currently live in the Greater Vancouver area, no exceptions
