Patty May's Cleaning is a locally loved cleaning company in Windsor, ON. We specialize in residential cleaning, move-in/move-outs, Airbnb turnovers, and post-renovation cleans, as well as Commercial. We're known for our attention to detail, friendly service, and our motto: Caring Hands, Trusted Service.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated, reliable, and positive individuals to join our cleaning family long-term and help us shine even brighter

Position: Residential Cleaner

- Location: Windsor, Essex County

- Hours: Part-time Flexible scheduling available (great work-life balance)

- Competitive wages + room for growth

- Must have reliable transportation

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform thorough cleanings of homes, Airbnb units, and rental properties
  • Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces
  • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
  • Organize and tidy spaces to bring joy to our clients
  • Follow checklists and company cleaning standards
  • Communicate with clients and team members with professionalism and positivity
  • Assist with move-in/move-out or deep clean jobs

MUST HAVE:

  • Criminal record check, or the ability to obtain one
  • A valid driver's license, reliable, insured vehicle, and be able to drive to job sites within all of Windsor, Essex County
  • Excellent time management skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent attention to detail

Experience in residential or commercial cleaning (an asset, but not required)

Ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting

Trustworthy, punctual, and professional

Must be comfortable with physical work (bending, kneeling, lifting light items)

Willingness to grow with our team long-term

Pay: From $18.50 per hour for 90 day training period.

Expected hours: 8- 20 hours per week

Language requirement:

  • Must be able to speak english to communicate with the clients in person.
