Position Overview:

We're seeking Airbnb Cleaners to prepare and refresh rental properties between guest stays. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and understands the importance of a perfect presentation. Flexible scheduling is available — ideal for those who need adaptable hours during the week or weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and reset Airbnb/short-term rental properties between guest check-outs and check-ins
  • Change bed linens, restock supplies, and ensure all amenities are in place
  • Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues promptly
  • Follow checklists and cleaning standards specific to each property
  • Communicate updates with the operations team and property owners

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or hospitality experience (Airbnb or hotel cleaning a plus)
  • Reliable transportation and smartphone (for scheduling & photo updates)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and some holidays
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
