Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategically minded Marketing Lead, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful Candidate will possess leadership, digital marketing, retail brand development, and store launch expertise; to drive Customer engagement, revenue growth, and our long-term market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Programs

  • Plan, build and launch; marketing initiatives that align with the business goals.
  • Optimize existing programs to support past activities and sustain growth.
  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns and promotional programs via traditional channels such as print, radio, outdoor, and sponsorships.

Constant Customer & Community Contact

  • Manage, maintain, and develop short- and long-term customer contact and engagement strategies. Implement cohorts, journeys, and win-back programs (dynamic segments, product/event triggers, predictive flows).
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors, media, and community partners. Represent the company at events and initiatives to strengthen local markets and increase our brand exposure.
  • Develop acquisition strategies across Meta, YouTube, Direct Mail, email/SMS, and mobile. Visibility.
  • Lead new store launches with market research, customer profiling, promotional calendars, and community engagement. Apply interior architecture principles to optimize layouts, flow, signage, and merchandising for conversion.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and competitive analysis to evaluate new store opportunities and guide strategic decisions.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising, marketing, and public relations strategies across retail
  • Regularly report on Marketing KPl's to the senior Management team.
  • Highly competent in interpreting large amounts of data, distilling and reporting in an understandable manner both to senior management and store level management.

E-commerce Platform Management

  • Point-of-Sale (POS) administration and maintenance of retail systems. Troubleshoot POS peripherals.
  • Maintain data syncs between various systems.
  • Drive long-term growth by expanding to multiple store locations with consistent branding, marketing integration, and customer-focused design strategies.
  • The successful Candidate will oversee all aspects of our digital strategy and Customer experience throughout the organization.

What you'll bring

  • A diploma or degree (or equivalent experience) concentrated in Media, Marketing or Communications.
  • Progressive experience in marketing leadership, including retail expansion and e-commerce growth.
  • Strong experience collaborating across functions and influencing executive­ level decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills; able to engage and inspire diverse teams and members
  • An analytical mindset and curious mind, with experience in measuring performance and ROI.

Interview Process:
