We are currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to join our growing team at our Niagara Falls office. This is an on-site, full-time position; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any potential issues.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on orders and gather feedback from clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers and clients.
  • Analyze order trends and provide insights for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to articulate clearly and effectively. French language skills are considered an asset.
  • Previous customer service, or administrative experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in computer skills, email, and general office software, including experience with data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate order processing.
  • Excellent analysis skills to identify trends and suggest improvements in the order processing workflow.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
