Job Description:

We're partnering with a world-renowned technology and entertainment company seeking an
Expert Data Analyst (Gaming)
to lead data-driven decision-making for large-scale digital and gaming products.

This role is ideal for an analytical leader who can connect data to player behavior, product quality, and business outcomes—helping teams deliver world-class player experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical strategy for key product and experience initiatives, aligning insights with strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain advanced frameworks, dashboards, and pipelines to measure player engagement and quality.
  • Partner with researchers, product managers, and developers to translate insights into action.
  • Develop predictive and behavioral models to inform game design, player retention, and performance.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote data best practices across the team.
  • Champion data governance, quality, and ethical use of player data.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence within gaming, tech, or consumer products.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong background in data modeling, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or R preferred.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
