Revenue Analyst

Temp | $35/hr

Burnabay, BC

Our client, a professional finance team supporting dental clinics across BC is
looking for a
detail-oriented Revenue Analyst
to help ensure accurate and timely revenue, collections, and reconciliation processes. This is a
full-time, in-office temporary role
(no remote work) offering a chance to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Complete high-volume
    bank and accounts receivable reconciliations
    using automated tools (e.g.
    Blackline
    )
  • Prepare and post
    monthly revenue and collection journal entries
  • Use
    Excel
    and
    Power BI
    to validate, analyze, and troubleshoot financial data
  • Partner with dental clinics to resolve reconciliation discrepancies and improve process accuracy
  • Review team reconciliations for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  • Support and drive
    automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare
    ad-hoc reports, adjustments, and training materials
    as needed

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Hands-on experience with
    automated reconciliation tools
    (preferably Blackline)
  • Advanced Excel
    skills – VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, INDEX-MATCH
  • Strong understanding of
    accounting principles and reconciliations
  • Proven ability to handle
    high-volume transaction data
    accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent
    communication and problem-solving
    skills
  • Ability to
    work independently
    and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with
    MS Business Central
    or
    dental/healthcare systems
    is a plus
