Klarity Wash are leading commercial truck wash facilities serving transportation, logistics, construction, oilfield, and service fleets across the Edmonton region. We specialize in high-throughput washing, reliable fleet programs, and consolidated billing solutions designed to minimize downtime and simplify fleet management.

We are expanding our fleet program and are looking for a Fleet Business Development Manager to aggressively grow our commercial accounts by signing new fleet contracts and converting fleets currently using competitor truck washes.

The Role

The Fleet Business Development Manager is a hunter-style sales role focused on outbound prospecting, in-person visits, and closing recurring fleet wash contracts. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable cold-calling, visiting fleet yards, and building long-term relationships with fleet managers and operations teams.

This position directly impacts recurring revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sign new commercial fleet accounts
  • Actively target and convert fleets currently using competitor truck washes
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person yard visits
  • Present fleet programs including pricing, billing, and driver access tools
  • Onboard new fleet accounts and issue driver cards/RFID access
  • Build and manage a pipeline of fleet prospects
  • Maintain strong relationships with fleet managers and dispatchers
  • Track activity, pipeline, and closed deals in CRM
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent fleet service delivery
  • Retain and grow existing fleet accounts through regular check-ins

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Experience selling to transportation, logistics, construction, or industrial clients is a strong asset
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and in-person prospecting
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission on new fleet revenue (uncapped)
