About us

Vigilant Security Services Inc. is a relatively young Security Agency, owned and operated from Kitchener with a branch office in Toronto. Working as a Tier 2 Hospital Security Guard;

  • Patrol for the purpose of protecting patients, staff, visitors, and physicians.
  • Respond to emergency calls for service, including violent person, missing person, cardiac arrest, fire, flood, hazardous spill, evacuation, active killer, bomb threat, etc.
  • Work closely with Police, EMS, Fire, and other agencies.
  • Create and promote a safe environment for patient care.
  • Enforce regulations as well as the Trespass to Property Act and Criminal Code of Canada with verbal warnings, written warnings, and/or arrests as required.
  • Must possess the ability to complete 4 days of intensive use of force training, to be issued handcuffs, tactical baton.
