What you will do:

The Programmatic Coordinator role exists to aid in the management of ongoing Programmatic operations on multiple platforms, including location updates and inventory management, and may also provide additional support with screen diagnostics, reporting, deal creation, and related ad campaign support. The function of this role includes audience forecast and operating hour management, network function monitoring, troubleshooting with production and D&T/CDM Helpdesk, and other related duties as required.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing updates to connected media assets across all programmatic platforms with screen parameters, including audience metrics, restrictions and operating hours, required changes to existing setup, deal & tag management, and insertion of new venues/faces.
  • Reporting of overall Performance, PMP, Advertiser/Buyer, Location & Network, as well as screen diagnostics across all platforms.
  • Coordinate all campaign inputs for ongoing operations with Production and Trafficking teams as well as external SSPs, to ensure adherence to our standards including deal creation, communication to related parties of updates and new screens/faces, changes in operating hours, campaign creative support, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary education is required; Degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Marketing, Commerce, Statistics or relevant field is preferred
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of office administrative and data entry experience
  • 1-2 years in advertising media or agency experience is preferred
  • High proficiency with MS-Office
  • Understanding of programmatic media ecosystem
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage concurrent priorities and work independently to ensure deadlines are met
  • Team player
  • Self-starter with drive to innovate
  • Appetite to learn processes and proactively contribute
