Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:
Our fantastic service in Westhill supports 3 ladies living independently in their own home. They each have their own personalities, needs and preferences. We are looking for Female Support workers to join our dedicated team who are highly reliable and motivated and have passion for what they do. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the ladies we support and the working hours of our service. They also enjoy a wide range of activities including gardening, going to concerts and theatre, visiting family, puzzles, nice walks, movie nights, shopping and arts and crafts and many more We need people who are eager to know and learn about what we do and provide person-centred support around this. The shifts in this service include early, late, double and sleepover shifts. Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them.
