Marketing Assistant
who is hands-on, structured, and confident in managing day-to-day digital marketing tasks.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating
    local client communication
    (Canada & US)
  • Supporting
    digital marketing execution
    across multiple channels
  • Working with
    Google Analytics
    (GA4) to track and interpret performance
  • Social media management
    (content coordination, scheduling, basic analysis)
  • Online store and website analysis
    (UX, performance, basic CRO insights)
  • Preparing clear
    briefings for internal teams
    (creative, ads, content)
  • Creating
    regular reports
    with actionable insights for clients and internal use

What we're looking for:

  • You are
    based in Canada or the United States
  • You are comfortable working in the
    EST time zone
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Confident with analytics, reporting, and structured communication
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with agencies or multiple clients is a strong plus
