As our brand continues to grow, we're looking for a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to help us expand our reach and strengthen our market presence.

About the Role

The Marketing Assistant will support our marketing and sales initiatives through content creation, social media management, campaign coordination, and general administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about technology, enjoys storytelling through marketing, and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels
  • Create and edit marketing materials including social media posts, email newsletters, product brochures, and presentations
  • Help maintain the company website (basic updates, product pages, blog posts)
  • Track marketing performance and provide reports on campaign metrics
  • Support coordination of photo/video shoots and content production
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partners

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of marketing or communications experience (internship or agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in social media management and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, email marketing)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Interest in technology, innovation, or the security industry is a plus
