**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning product launch strategies and objectives, including product messaging, customer segmentation, competitor landscape assessment, marketing research, and marketing collateral planning
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses in support of business strategies including competitive assessments and market opportunity assessments
- Prepare market analysis reports and other competitive research materials for current and pipeline assets
- Assist in the management of data quality and identification of data collection opportunities
- Use advanced-level software programs such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, to create graphs, charts, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Support development and management of marketing, training, and promotional material
- Contribute to the buildout, refinement, and improvement of business processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to build data visualizations that address key business questions

Qualifications:

- Excellent project management ability and organizational skills, including the management of multiple priorities and resources
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to synthesize and summarize information and create insights to share with team members
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook) is required
- Must be willing to comply with all regulatory/compliance policies
- Interest in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work remotely, but must be willing to travel into the Toronto, office as needed.
