Role Description

The Creative Marketing Intern will support SOCIFY's content creation, branding, and social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the founder to brainstorm ideas, create engaging content, research trends, and help shape the voice and visual identity of the agency. This role is hands-on and designed for students who are completing a school-approved internship/co-op/practicum that is required as part of their program.

This is an unpaid learning placement. To be eligible, the internship must be recognized by your academic institution as part of your program requirements and approved for academic credit or work-experience hours.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit TikToks and Instagram Reels
  • Design social media graphics, carousels, and brand assets
  • Research trends, hooks, and creative ideas
  • Write short-form captions and scripts
  • Assist with content planning and scheduling
  • Support basic analytics and performance insights
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled
    in a post-secondary program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Internship must be
    approved by your academic institution
    as for-credit or required work placement
  • Strong interest in social media, branding, and storytelling
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar design/video tools
  • Creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Able to commit 15-20 hours per week
  • GTA-based preferred for occasional content days
  • Students in Humber College PR or Marketing programs encouraged to apply
