What You'll Lead

  • Own the floor – run the show from molten metal to finished billet with authority and presence.
  • Drive breakthrough performance – optimize yield, crush downtime, and raise the quality bar.
  • Inspire teams – lead supervisors, union crews, and technical experts to the next level.
  • Champion safety + compliance – no compromises, just excellence.
  • Innovate constantly – spearhead improvements, scrap reduction, and recovery gains.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned leader in metal or heavy manufacturing — OR a rising star who knows you're ready for the big chair.
  • A Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineer
  • 7–10 years of progressive industry experience (minimum 3 in leadership).
  • Sharp technical mind with deep knowledge of manufacturing, scrap management, and quality systems is an asset.
  • Skilled at leading in unionized environments.
  • Hungry for impact, with the courage to make decisions that matter.
