Sales Representative – Residential Cleaning (aka Home Shine Advisor)

Location: Remote – Canada-wide (Preference given to candidates in Greater Victoria Area, BC)

Type: Part-time with potential to grow full-time

Compensation: $18/hour base + uncapped commission with performance tiers and recurring-revenue bonuses

Expected Annual Earnings: $40 000 – $70 000+, depending on performance

Structure: This position can be structured as either an employee or contractor role depending on the candidate's location and preference.

In just over two years, we've built a reputation for consistent, high-quality cleans and WOW-level customer experiences — and now we're expanding our reach by adding a dedicated Sales Representative to help more families in our community experience the Squeakly difference.

What It is All About

You'll be the voice of Squeakly for new clients — connecting with warm leads, building relationships, and turning curious inquiries into long-term happy customers.

Our AI agent and customer-service team handle incoming calls and existing-client requests, so you can focus entirely on sales, follow-up, and growth.

This is a remote, flexible-schedule position ideal for a motivated self-starter who loves connecting with people and seeing direct results from their effort. While you can work from anywhere in Canada, candidates on Vancouver Island are preferred for ease of collaboration and local familiarity.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to warm leads generated through our website, ads, and referrals
• Build genuine relationships and guide prospects through our service options
• Convert inquiries into scheduled initial and recurring cleans
• Keep your pipeline organized and up to date using our CRM and sales-tracking tools
• Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to continually improve conversion rates
• Track your sales metrics and celebrate progress toward personal and team goals
• Represent Squeakly with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm in every interaction

• Energetic, outgoing personality — you genuinely enjoy talking with people
• Strong follow-up habits and reliable self-management
• Prior sales or customer-service experience is an asset
• Comfort using CRM or communication software
• Comfort communicating via text, email, and phone — wherever customers prefer to connect

Compensation & Growth

• $18/hour base pay + uncapped commission on every new client you sign (initial + recurring revenue)
• Performance tiers that reward higher closing volumes
• Most team members will earn $40 000 – $70 000+, depending on performance
• Base pay is bi-weekly with commissions paid on a monthly basis
