Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. Fluency in French is a plus, as it will enhance communication with diverse clients. The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic business development and technical sales expertise.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales efforts and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs
- Manage accounts effectively, providing tailored solutions that align with client objectives
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive experiences
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new markets and potential partnerships
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within a B2B environment
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Familiarity with technology or technical sales, including understanding complex products or services
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights for strategic planning
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to engage with a broader client base
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
