Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, with a focus on B2B sales and technology solutions. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to develop and manage client accounts effectively. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives, fostering relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong emphasis on B2B sales and account management.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation and business development within a competitive market environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
