Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Grande Prairie. This role is vital in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that drive success. Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls to identify their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand new offerings and communicate value effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets while prioritizing relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using our CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Support the company's mission by promoting innovative digital solutions that enable client growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or business development within the digital or technology sector an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Strong analysis skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
