Job Summary:
Sierra Safety is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with clients. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for safety and a proven track record in sales, we want you to be a part of our team.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio by building strong relationships, understanding their safety needs, and providing suitable product recommendations.

3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, effectively conveying the features, benefits, and value of our safety solutions.

4. Collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.

5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders in a timely manner.

6. Collaborate closely with our team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role, preferably in the safety industry.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and influence purchasing decisions.

3. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.

6. A passion for workplace safety and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on customer safety standards.
