Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, managing accounts, and supporting business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in outside sales, negotiation, and technical sales within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support to foster long-term relationships
- Assist with business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote products and services, including client outreach and presentations
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction for clients and the company
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, analyze customer data, and improve service delivery
- Support technical sales by understanding product specifications and explaining features to clients
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service, B2B sales, or related roles with a focus on account management or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales environments
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and inform decision-making processes
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Prior experience in outside sales or technical sales is a plus
- Exposure to use of AI an asset
