Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent hospitality, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently for order entry and payment processing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.

Skills

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
  • Proficiency in using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
