CTS Canada currently operates 7 warehouses and offices across Canada. The HQ office is located in North York.
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Team Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Completion of tasks assigned by Warehouse Supervisors / Managers.
- Managing, prioritizing and assigning work based on workload and customer requirements.
- Effectively written and verbal communication with other team members.
- Accurately receiving, labelling and stowing inbound shipments.
- Printing and labeling necessary inbound / shipping boxes and packages.
- Running inventory cycle-count, maintaining 100% inventory accuracy by conducting warehouse associates' operations audit.
- Ensuring accuracy of all information
- Follow and enforce all safety procedures in addition to health product and department.
- Maintaining an organized and exact inventory count
- Preparing outbound shipments, picking and packing orders.
- Ad-Hoc Task as assigned
Requirements:
- Flexible availability, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends are required).
- 8-hour shifts every day.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs, sometimes heavier.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A few years of working in a customer service role.
- Experience with Excel and MS Office.
- High level of competency and adaptability with our developing processes and workflows.
- Growth mindset and leadership oriented.
- As a customer-centric operations, bilingual (Chinese and English) is required.
