We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Team Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Completion of tasks assigned by Warehouse Supervisors / Managers.
  • Managing, prioritizing and assigning work based on workload and customer requirements.
  • Effectively written and verbal communication with other team members.
  • Accurately receiving, labelling and stowing inbound shipments.
  • Printing and labeling necessary inbound / shipping boxes and packages.
  • Running inventory cycle-count, maintaining 100% inventory accuracy by conducting warehouse associates' operations audit.
  • Ensuring accuracy of all information
  • Follow and enforce all safety procedures in addition to health product and department.
  • Maintaining an organized and exact inventory count
  • Preparing outbound shipments, picking and packing orders.
  • Ad-Hoc Task as assigned

Requirements:

  • Flexible availability, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends are required).
  • 8-hour shifts every day.
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs, sometimes heavier.
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A few years of working in a customer service role.
  • Experience with Excel and MS Office.
  • High level of competency and adaptability with our developing processes and workflows.
  • Growth mindset and leadership oriented.
  • As a customer-centric operations, bilingual (Chinese and English) is required.
