Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse & Material Management / Sales Specialist to support our warehouse operations, material control, and internal sales coordination. This role involves material handling, inventory management, order preparation, and assisting with construction-related material sales.
Responsibilities
1. Warehouse & Material Handling
- Handle daily receiving, shipping, material picking, restocking, and organization
2. Order & Job Site Support
- Prepare material picking lists and coordinate material deliveries
- Assist with material preparation for job sites
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely material supply
- Support material reporting and small-batch purchasing
- Communicate with suppliers regarding material availability, lead time, and quotations
- Purchase materials including pipe fittings, valves, insulation, fasteners, tools, and other construction-related materials
3. Sales Support
- Assist in building material catalogs, pricing lists, and promotional content
- Support basic internal sales activities and customer communication as needed

Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Some warehouse experience preferred (training available, no experience required)
- Able to lift and move materials
- Basic Excel and computer knowledge
- Experience with purchasing or material coordination is an asset
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and reliability
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.85-$37.79 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
